An Interview with Fred Garratt

Fred Garratt, together with George White and Howie Armstrong, purchased Lancaster FM159 in 1960. The trio then had it towed 28 kilometres, across fields and through a river, to be placed on display in Nanton. In this 1978 High River Radio Station interview, Fred tells the story of the acquisition, the journey to Nanton, and early efforts to restore and maintain the aircraft.
